Planning breaks

Regular refreshment and stretch breaks are essential. They help your delegates to remain fresh and attentive.

The period after lunch is notoriously difficult for most people to remain focused. We recommend that a light lunch is provided and no alcohol.

A maximum of one hour between breaks will help your delegates during the early afternoon. Water and sweets or fruit on the tables will also help.

Try to avoid long, dry presentations in the early afternoon.
